Fairoak Grange facilities: schools

Indoor school 20mx40m

Equestrian Surfaces "Cushion Track Premier" wax surface, excellent lighting and mirrors, judges' box and viewing gallery. Cool with good air circulation in the summer and providing protection from the elements in the winter.

Outdoor school 60mx20m

Fabulous 20m x 60m outdoor arena with new Equestrian Surfaces "Arti Turf Classic" dressage surface. Installed by Sam Whitley of National Equine Developments in Newbury.

Outdoor school 40mx40m

Recently resurfaced Witham Vale Basalt 40mx40m outdoor floodlit arena.
Ideal for jumping - we have a full set of Jump for Joy showjumps available for use.

Lunge arena

Floodlit post and rail lunge arena.

Office/Reception Complex

Spacious office and reception area with viewing gallery across the indoor school, lecture training room, toilet and shower facilities and laundry room with commercial washing and drying facilities.

Hacking

Lovely off road hacking through private woodland with good all weather tracks through the bluebell woods making for an ideal warm up and cool down. We are also close to near by gallops and Kingsclere downs.

School hire costs

Our facilities are available for GENERAL HIRE. Indoor or either outdoor school, with or without jumps, £20 per hour. There are ususally jumps out there but we do not set them up however you don't need to clear them away afterwards either! Call the office on 01635 299367 to book.

Livery Yard

Stabling

21 Ascot loose boxes (12' x 12') with rubber matting and automatic water.
Two tack rooms, feed and rug rooms.
Industrial washing machine; toilet and catering facilities.

Paddocks

20 Grass post and rail turnout paddocks with automatic watering.
Paddocks are cleaned regularly and well maintained.
